Sport has something for everyone. It's good for body and mind, and a great way to connect with other people. We all benefit when everyone's included: the individual, the team, and the whole community.
In season four of Choice and Control we're talking about access and inclusion in sport of all kinds, from kicking a footy around with your mates to the Paralympics.
